Leads art curation for client projects, events, and design initiatives by sourcing collections, managing artist and vendor relationships, presenting concepts to clients, and coordinating installations. Collaborates with creative and interior design teams to align art with project aesthetics, branding, and budgets. The role also monitors art trends, develops the consultancy’s offerings, and mentors teams on art’s role in the built environment.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to Principals and the CEO by managing calendars, correspondence, travel, meetings, presentations, reports, communications, and events. Acts as a liaison with clients and internal and external contacts, handles errands and administrative tasks, and promotes company culture and core values. Requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, prioritization, multitasking, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
