Responsibilities include research, data analysis, client recommendations, project coordination, content management, proposal support, bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit assistance. The program develops consulting, problem-solving, presentation, research, and project management skills.

Supports consulting engagements across digital transformation, data, AI, and technology strategy. Responsibilities include current-state assessments, industry and technology research, requirements gathering, use-case prioritization, business-case development, process analysis, transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, client presentations, workshops, and executive recommendations. The consultant connects business priorities with practical technology solutions and collaborates with data, AI, and technology teams to support implementation.

Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components; integrate Salesforce with ERP systems, data platforms, websites, middleware, and AI services. Support data migration, security, automation, deployments, troubleshooting, release management, technical design, and documentation.

Translate client business processes into Salesforce requirements and CRM solutions. Gather requirements, map sales and service workflows, configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards, and approvals, and create user stories. Lead workshops, demos, testing, and user training while collaborating with technical teams on customizations and integrations.

Coordinates cultural diplomacy activities, including monthly EU Member States cultural calendars and the European Day of Languages event. Manages stakeholder engagement, event logistics, invitations, communication materials, social media and press dissemination. Liaises with cultural institutions, embassies, artists, service providers, and EU representatives. Documents outcomes, best practices, lessons learned, reports, contacts, visibility materials, and media assets while maintaining organized archives and meeting tight publication deadlines.

Designs and delivers AI, data science, and agentic AI solutions. Responsibilities include identifying business use cases, building and evaluating machine learning and GenAI models, preparing data, developing LLM and RAG applications, monitoring and documenting solutions, supporting responsible AI, and communicating capabilities to business stakeholders.

Build ETL and ELT pipelines, clean and validate data, design data models and semantic layers, and develop Power BI dashboards and reports. Translate business reporting needs into data solutions while supporting data quality, governance, documentation, and user adoption. Preferred experience includes Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.

Supports business development through proposal coordination, desk research, proposal writing, quality control, expert CV formatting, partner communication, and external consultant relationship management. Assists with lead generation, client intelligence, partnership research, networking, corporate presentation updates, business development initiatives, document archiving, and reference maintenance. The role requires one year of relevant research-oriented business experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Drive business growth by generating and validating B2B leads, building sales pipelines, pitching consulting services, scoping client needs, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, developing partnerships, and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with practice and project teams to design solutions, assess implementation, gather feedback, and identify service innovations. The role targets executive and middle-management audiences and requires strong consultative selling, presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills in English and Arabic.

Drive new business growth for Data, BI, AI, Salesforce, and digital transformation offerings. Identify and qualify opportunities, engage executive decision-makers, lead discovery, position solutions around business value, develop proposals and demos with technical teams, manage the sales pipeline, support pricing and deal closure, and create industry-specific use cases and value propositions.
