Collaborate with the tax team to distribute slips, remit to tax authorities, escalate discrepancies, support mail-outs and amendments, respond to client tax inquiries, and complete ad-hoc projects.

Manage and execute inbound and outbound client account asset transfers (cash and in-kind) between CIIS and external institutions. Ensure documentation is in good order, process manual and automated ATON/CDS transfers within regulatory deadlines, research identifiers (ISIN/CUSIP), handle cheques and residuals, communicate with external parties and internal teams, monitor aged transfers, and maintain SLAs and records.
