Processes and records fee-related financial transactions, supports monthly fee runs, reconciles accounts, maintains fee schedules, investigates discrepancies, resolves inquiries, and coordinates with IT, vendors, and internal teams. The role also supports system improvements, compliance activities, audits, and issue escalation while ensuring accurate and timely processing within service-level agreements.

Supports two territory sales teams by coordinating advisor appointments, meetings, events, travel, reports, expenses, co-op forms, and marketing materials. Tracks advisor, event, co-op, and territory spending while ensuring compliance with sales policies and budget limits. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with investment products and Salesforce.

Supports Assante advisors and teams across Atlantic Canada through relationship management, sales support, business development, account planning, advisor onboarding, product guidance, and follow-up. The role partners with sales leadership and internal teams, tracks growth opportunities, supports regional meetings and events, and provides investment product expertise aligned with advisor and regulatory needs.
