Lead Digital Marketing will report to the Senior Manager and develop and execute integrated digital initiatives across websites, email, social, webinars, and intranet. Responsibilities include intake and scope validation, campaign planning and execution, SEO/content oversight, stakeholder and vendor collaboration, process improvements, and workflow/project management. Onsite four days/week; requires 4+ years marketing experience and a relevant bachelor's degree.

The Learning and Development Specialist designs and facilitates training for CI Wealth, collaborates with SMEs, evaluates learner performance, and provides coaching.

The Manager will oversee the delivery of institutional RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, optimize proposal processes using technology and AI, and collaborate across departments to ensure quality outcomes.
