Lead administration and support of Microsoft 365 and identity services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID). Manage MFA/SSO, Teams Rooms/AV, provide Level 3 support, participate in projects, drive automation with PowerShell, and contribute to incident/change management and documentation.

Lead Digital Marketing will report to the Senior Manager and develop and execute integrated digital initiatives across websites, email, social, webinars, and intranet. Responsibilities include intake and scope validation, campaign planning and execution, SEO/content oversight, stakeholder and vendor collaboration, process improvements, and workflow/project management. Onsite four days/week; requires 4+ years marketing experience and a relevant bachelor's degree.

The Learning and Development Specialist designs and facilitates training for CI Wealth, collaborates with SMEs, evaluates learner performance, and provides coaching.
