Develops and executes a comprehensive sustainability program across the health system, setting strategy, implementing initiatives, monitoring outcomes, reducing waste and building inefficiencies, engaging staff, ensuring environmental compliance, and positioning the organization as a leader in pediatric healthcare sustainability.

Lead CHOC Foundation's data intelligence strategy and analytics capabilities to drive fundraising performance. Oversee data governance, BI, reporting, CRM and fundraising systems, predictive modeling, and development operations to enable data-driven fundraising and organizational growth.

Lead strategic planning and operational management for seven CHOC Guild volunteer fundraising groups. Oversee event planning, budgets, sponsorship development, vendor management, communications, volunteer recruitment and engagement, and production of fundraising collateral. Ensure activities align with CHOC Foundation priorities and meet financial goals.

Lead planning and execution of major fundraising events and sponsorship strategies for CHOC Foundation. Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, volunteers, communications, and donor cultivation to meet annual $2M+ fundraising goals.

Provide CT and diagnostic radiography services for pediatric patients, prepare patients and administer contrast within scope, follow Image Gently/ALARA low-dose practices, serve as a resource to other technologists, and deliver family-centered care while addressing patient and family concerns.

Perform pediatric neurodiagnostic studies (EEG) including equipment setup, calibration, documentation, and communication of clinical data to physicians. Provide safe patient handling and meet physical and environmental demands in a hospital setting.

Lead architecture, strategy, and implementation of enterprise automation, systems integration, and cloud solutions. Design cloud-native systems, migrate core IT services to cloud, build custom integrations, and collaborate with IT staff and clinical stakeholders to optimize processes and workflows.

Under moderate supervision, coordinate oncology clinical research: assess protocol feasibility, prepare IRB submissions, identify and consent participants, collect data/specimens, maintain study records, support QA audits, manage supplies, communicate with teams, and archive study documentation.

Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll in Workday for a multi-state workforce, import/time data from Kronos/UKG, handle tax remittance, garnishments, adjustments, reporting, audits, user training, and ensure compliance with California and federal payroll laws.

Provide age-appropriate, family-centered pediatric nutrition care using the nutrition care process and medical nutrition therapy. Serve as a resource to interdisciplinary teams, deliver education and consultation, and promote safe, evidence-based nutrition practices in acute care settings.

Performs assay and equipment validation, authors SOPs, develops training and competency documents, ensures quality and regulatory compliance, and supports implementation of new diagnostic assays. Works independently under director guidance in an evening shift clinical laboratory setting.
