The Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager oversees patient care delivery and workflow in a designated radiology care unit. Responsibilities include supervising nursing and support staff, hiring, performance management, scheduling, employee relations, quality audits, staff huddles and meetings, patient and family rounding, and delivery of fiscally responsible, patient-centered care. The role requires an active RN license, BLS and PALS certifications, a nursing bachelor’s degree, and relevant clinical and charge nurse experience.

Coordinates sponsored clinical studies within the Center for Clinical Research under institutional policies, Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, and FDA requirements. Responsibilities include managing multiple research projects, meeting deadlines, maintaining detailed documentation, communicating effectively, and supporting clinical study operations. The role requires clinical research experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, Basic Life Support certification, and may involve travel and physical activities in a hospital research environment.
