Conduct computational research supporting pediatric neuroscience and healthcare improvement. Analyze and integrate fMRI, structural MRI, diffusion MRI, EEG/qEEG, electronic medical record, and other datasets; develop algorithms, simulations, statistical analyses, visual analytics, and predictive models; and collaborate with clinicians and researchers to translate findings into practice.

Supervises and coordinates multiple human-subjects clinical research studies, including protocol feasibility, IRB submissions, participant identification, informed consent, data and specimen collection, regulatory documentation, audits, study finances, and record archiving. Mentors and evaluates clinical research coordinators, leads research meetings, supports IND/IDE applications, resolves operational issues, and may coordinate multicenter studies and CRC-focused workgroups.

Cleans and services hospital building areas, removes medical and non-medical waste, and maintains a neat, orderly, and sanitary environment. Operates heavy floor machines, troubleshoots basic office equipment, communicates professionally, collaborates with others, and responds courteously under pressure. The role requires lifting and carrying 40–50 pounds, pushing or pulling heavy loads, and working around pathogens, chemicals, radiation, noise, and uneven surfaces.
