Owns onboarding across Chipr’s sales business units, serving as the subject matter expert and coordinating with sales leadership and partners. Responsibilities include tracking background checks, badging, credentialing, compliance, systems access, and support tickets; creating user access; troubleshooting CRM and order-processing tools; reporting onboarding status; and improving onboarding processes.
