Conduct research on AI-assisted EDA, train and deploy large language models at scale, design and benchmark agentic AI systems, translate research into production features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and publish research where appropriate.

Own full-cycle bookkeeping and the monthly close, prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements, manage reconciliations, revenue/lease accounting (ASC 606/842), support audits, tax filings, and improve accounting systems and processes.

Act as primary technical contact for customers evaluating and deploying ChipAgents: lead pre-sales POCs and benchmarks, integrate with RTL/simulation workflows, provide training and support, track adoption, relay product feedback, and create technical collateral while representing the company at industry events.

Lead customer-facing deployments of agentic AI for chip design: onboard and integrate ChipAgents, prototype full-stack solutions (backend models to frontend), collaborate on model and infrastructure improvements, create docs and dashboards, and remain hands-on with code, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration to drive adoption and iterate from field feedback.

Work with AI, research, and EDA teams to develop formal verification workflows: write and debug SystemVerilog Assertions, use formal tools to prove RTL correctness, analyze counterexamples, create reusable benchmarks and proof strategies, and help train/evaluate AI agents for assertion-based verification and coverage closure.

Optimize and deploy LLM inference systems across multi-node clusters to maximize throughput and minimize latency. Implement and benchmark inference optimizations, profile GPU and memory bottlenecks, build evaluation and benchmarking frameworks, and collaborate with research scientists to integrate new model architectures and techniques into production.

Own technical success for strategic semiconductor accounts by acting as primary technical contact, driving adoption, triaging issues with R&D, running technical and management reviews, and feeding customer insights into product and roadmap decisions. Collaborate with account managers, applications engineering, and research teams to expand usage and ensure customers achieve value from ChipAgents' AI-enabled EDA platform.

Lead the frontend verification product line (RCA and Coverage) end-to-end: validate customer problems, define roadmap, drive R&D and go-to-market, support sales and evaluations, and prioritize backlog to convert evaluations into revenue while partnering with engineering and sales.

Work with AI engineering and research teams to model chip design and verification workflows, implement and debug RTL and SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches, create training examples for AI agents, and benchmark AI-assisted design and verification across realistic SoC tasks.

Serve as the company's first in-house counsel owning commercial contracts, enabling sales/BD, building legal infrastructure, advising on IP/compliance, supporting corporate/employment and fundraising, and managing outside counsel.

Own and expand relationships with strategic semiconductor customers (> $1M ARR). Drive full enterprise sales cycles, create multi-year account plans, lead exec-level engagements, coordinate cross-functional deal teams, deliver accurate forecasting, and meet aggressive revenue targets.

Design, build, and maintain backend services, platform infrastructure, and cloud deployments. Debug distributed production systems, architect IaC and networking, provision on-prem hardware, support customer deployments and integrations, and collaborate with research, product, and customer success to deliver reliable, scalable production software.

Lead the Analog & Mixed-Signal (AMS) product vertical end-to-end, owning two flagship products (behavioral modeling and layout). Validate customer value onsite, define and prioritize the roadmap, drive go-to-market and demo/eval conversion, set measurable targets, and coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, AI/software engineering, and Sales to deliver production-grade EDA solutions.
