Overnight houseperson based at the hotel front desk providing guest service, answering phones, running service calls, performing light cleaning, restocking supplies, assisting housekeeping and laundry, and performing basic front-desk check-in/check-out tasks. Must follow resort customer-service standards and report property issues.

Performs financial accounting and reporting under GAAP, maintains general ledger accounts and journal entries, reconciles bank, credit card, ATM, payroll, and balance sheet accounts, and assists with financial statements, audits, fixed assets, debt schedules, tax forms, inventory costing, and management reports. Requires accurate, independent work in a casino resort environment, including occasional soft count duties and compliance with tribal gaming requirements.

Perform daily audits of revenue-generating departments to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies; prepare and reconcile accounting records, input daily income journals, generate reports, and collaborate with operations to ensure accuracy.

Assist the Food & Beverage Manager overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, scheduling, budget and service standards across casino, hotel, and golf F&B outlets; train and mentor staff, enforce policies, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain guest service expectations.

Supervise daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, manage and train staff, enforce service and safety standards, control inventory and costs, handle cash reconciliation and guest complaints, and support F&B Manager in execution of promotions, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
