Provides technical support across departments, configuring and maintaining Windows computers, networks, hardware, software, and virtualized systems. Troubleshoots computer and network issues, monitors system performance, performs technical maintenance, supports users, and assists with network and systems implementations. Maintains the data center and provides 24/7 on-call support one week each month. The role operates in a busy gaming environment and requires meeting physical, licensing, background check, and drug screening requirements.

Coordinates and facilitates organization-wide training, onboarding, leadership development, compliance, engagement, and professional growth programs. Manages LMS and HRIS training records, schedules, assignments, reporting, certifications, and content. Assesses training needs, develops instructor-led and online materials, evaluates effectiveness, supports organizational development initiatives, and advises leaders. Maintains confidentiality and ensures compliance with company policies, employment laws, and tribal requirements.

Leads daily HR department operations, policies, employee relations, investigations, performance management, unemployment claims, orientation, HRIS administration, training, reporting, staffing, and compliance. Advises managers on employment matters, supervises HR staff, supports budgeting and organizational goals, and ensures effective employee and guest service standards. The role requires six years of HR management experience, advanced HRIS skills, employment-law knowledge, and eventual professional certification.

Perform daily audits of revenue-generating departments to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies; prepare and reconcile accounting records, input daily income journals, generate reports, and collaborate with operations to ensure accuracy.
