Supervise daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, manage and train staff, enforce service and safety standards, control inventory and costs, handle cash reconciliation and guest complaints, and support F&B Manager in execution of promotions, schedules, and regulatory compliance.

Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen areas using dish machines and pot washers; stock supplies; assist culinary staff; maintain health code compliance; perform general kitchen upkeep including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and equipment storage.
