Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, utensils, and kitchen equipment; operate dishwashing machinery; stock supplies; maintain kitchen cleanliness and health-code standards; assist culinary staff; obtain required tribal gaming license and food handler permit; follow resort service standards.

Supervise daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, manage and train staff, enforce service and safety standards, control inventory and costs, handle cash reconciliation and guest complaints, and support F&B Manager in execution of promotions, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
