Support loan officers by processing loan applications, verifying documentation, coordinating closings and funding, preparing loan reports, handling customer inquiries, and backing up lending department functions while maintaining regulatory compliance and excellent customer service.

Develop and manage banking relationships with tribal governments and enterprises across Oklahoma, driving deposit growth, treasury management services, and commercial lending. Serve as primary client contact, execute strategic business development and community engagement, represent the bank at tribal events, coordinate internal teams to deliver financial solutions, and meet growth and profitability goals.

Perform bank transactions and reconciliations (DDA, GL, CD, teller cash), process wires/ACH/RDC, produce bookkeeping reports, assist customers with cash management services, maintain charge-off and dormant account processes, and support deposit operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and confidentiality.

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, branch, and community channels. Create on-brand content and designs, maintain social calendar, build and deploy email communications, support website and vendors, track basic campaign results, and assist with events, reporting, and brand consistency.

Analyze commercial loan requests by evaluating applicants' financial status, cash flow, collateral and credit. Prepare credit memos for lending committees, perform annual reviews of large relationships, manage credit files, provide technical guidance to loan officers, and assist with reporting.
