Teams at Chickasaw Community Bank

Performs banking transactions, account reconciliations, general ledger balancing, correcting entries, wire and ACH processing, remote deposit functions, bookkeeping reports, fraud-risk reporting, and charge-off account maintenance. Provides cash-management and online banking support, researches transaction discrepancies, maintains regulatory compliance and confidentiality, and backs up other operations desks.

Leads the bank’s retail mortgage production channel, overseeing sales growth, loan pipelines, compliance, profitability, budgeting, and customer service. Manages, recruits, trains, and develops Mortgage Loan Officers and Team Leads while driving loan volume and performance goals. Handles escalated customer issues, monitors regulatory and policy changes, supports marketing campaigns, and serves as the loan officer for employee loans.

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, branch, and community channels. Create on-brand content and designs, maintain social calendar, build and deploy email communications, support website and vendors, track basic campaign results, and assist with events, reporting, and brand consistency.
