Coordinates recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits support, engagement initiatives, HR communications, and reporting. Provides administrative support to executives, assists with meetings and company events, manages supplies and merchandise inventory, and reconciles corporate card transactions. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Manage quotes, orders, inventory, and selected customer accounts across the Quad Cities region. Sell steel tubing, bar, pipe, valves, fittings, and value-added fabrication services; grow revenue, improve margins, prepare customer reports, and resolve customer challenges. The role requires account management, negotiation, sales-closing, presentations, industrial sales experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Supports customer accounts by answering inquiries, preparing quotes, converting quotes to orders, entering purchase orders, coordinating vendor buyouts, processing returns, following up on quotations, and maintaining account information. Communicates with account managers and customers, uses ERP systems for order processing, and participates in sales training meetings.
