Oversee third-party payer receivables, collections, billing follow-up, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close activities. Supervise billers, collectors, and financial counselors; troubleshoot accounts; liaise with payers; train staff; and ensure compliance with organizational policies. The role requires healthcare collection experience, knowledge of hospital billing and insurance regulations, strong communication, organization, and deadline management.

Provides clinical leadership and oversight for outpatient mental health services, including therapist supervision, staff training, treatment planning, documentation review, regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary collaboration, performance evaluation, crisis intervention, and coordination with community agencies. The supervisor supports high-quality, individualized patient care and ensures effective program operations and communication across treatment teams.

Manage hospital account collections: contact payers to collect unpaid claims, submit corrections/adjustments, handle denials and appeals, manage payment variances, verify benefits and payments, document account activity, identify trends and work with teams to resolve A/R issues.

PRN Health Information Management Analyst performs maintenance of patient medical records, ensures compliance with state/federal laws and Joint Commission standards, supports Health Information Services activities, and assists information management tasks—preferably within a psychiatric healthcare setting.
