Provide clinical leadership and supervision for outpatient therapists, ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance, oversee documentation and treatment planning, lead team meetings, coordinate with community agencies, respond to social work requests, and support therapist development and quality of care in an outpatient psychiatric program.

Provide mobile psychiatric assessments in the field, determine appropriate level of care, coordinate referrals/transfers and insurance pre-certification, perform DSM and Mental Status Exams, deliver crisis intervention, maintain documentation, liaise with patients/families and hospitals, participate in on-call rotation and work flexible hours.

The Director of Performance Improvement / Risk Management oversees the performance improvement program, assisting leadership and medical staff in designing and implementing risk management strategies.
