Manage sourcing and supplier relationships: identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, track orders and deliveries, monitor stock levels, ensure compliance, resolve order issues, handle invoice payments, assist budgeting/forecasting, and report purchase progress to management.

Manage group legal operations including litigation, recovery actions (SARFAESI, NI Act), arbitration, and contractual disputes. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal notices. Represent the company in High Court, district courts, tribunals and labour forums. Coordinate and manage external counsel, appoint arbitrators, and handle HR-related legal matters. Lead and develop legal staff to meet court filing deadlines and support business with commercial legal advice.

Lead and manage the B.Sc. and M.Sc. Nursing programmes, supervise faculty and admissions, oversee accreditation (NAAC/NRIF), mentor faculty research, coordinate clinical placements, build industry and government partnerships, handle recruitment and public relations, and manage college administration and committees.
