Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO by translating priorities into execution, leading cross-functional initiatives, improving commercial and operating processes, tracking KPIs, supporting strategic growth, and preparing Board and investor communications. Owns enterprise networking, ARC locker connectivity, security operations execution, and corporate IT administration. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Wi-Fi, Ethernet, cellular, firewall, VLAN, and router issues; supporting client installations; managing access, devices, SaaS platforms, backups, vendors, and security controls; and developing deployment standards and runbooks. The role partners with client IT teams, Operations, and SRE to resolve field failures and maintain reliable technology operations.

Lead strategic enterprise sales to large retailers, 3PLs, and distribution centers. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from pilot to nationwide contracts, engage C-suite decision makers, develop targeted leads, and work closely with leadership to close multimillion-dollar agreements.
