Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications and RESTful microservices. Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, optimize performance, integrate third-party systems, and contribute to architecture and technical documentation while following coding standards and security practices.

Manage and customize the CRM system: user setup, roles, permissions, data integrity, dashboards, workflows, automations, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, user training, and ensure data privacy and system performance improvements to support sales, marketing, and customer support.

Identify and contact potential customers via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn; qualify and nurture leads, schedule appointments for sales, maintain lead database, collaborate on strategy, meet lead targets, and report on generation performance.

Develop, test, and maintain software applications under senior guidance. Write clean code, debug issues, collaborate with the team, and learn tooling and development practices.
