Provides daily helpdesk and desktop support for Windows and macOS users, troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and system issues, manages user accounts and access across cloud platforms, applies security patches, supports Jamf device management, and resolves tickets through Jira Service Management while meeting SLAs.

Manage and support corporate IT operations and endpoint environments. Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and MDM platforms; handle provisioning, access control, SSO, MFA, patching, compliance, and SaaS licensing. Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for Windows and macOS devices, resolve service incidents within SLA requirements, and maintain documentation, onboarding guides, and SOPs.

Design intuitive web and mobile interfaces from concept through high-fidelity delivery. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, design systems, and component libraries using industry-standard tools. Conduct user research and usability testing, analyze feedback, and improve accessibility and engagement. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure feasible, consistent implementations.
