Collaborates with cybersecurity, applications, and operations teams to support ERP, dispatch, and automation systems. Requires travel to rural industrial facilities, including installation and site assessment work.

Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise integrations connecting operational dispatch systems with cloud ERP platforms. Builds API-led middleware flows, event-driven pipelines, data transformations, automated tests, CI/CD processes, and reliability controls such as retries and dead-letter queues. Monitors interface health, resolves mapping and transaction failures, documents data contracts and runbooks, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to improve enterprise data movement.

Provides first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues through phone, email, and in-person channels. Troubleshoots incidents, manages ticket documentation and follow-up, escalates complex issues, supports technology deployments, and creates user documentation. Conducts new-hire technology training, analyzes service metrics and feedback, and recommends improvements to IT support processes. The role is primarily onsite with minimal inter-site travel.

Develops and manages customer relationships within an assigned ReadyMix territory, generates new business, prepares quotes, coordinates orders and deliveries, resolves customer issues, monitors bids, and supports sales reporting. Participates in community events, assists operations and technical teams, performs product quality testing as needed, follows job-site safety requirements, and maintains customer satisfaction and territory growth.
