Leads enterprise IT and OT technology strategy, architecture governance, engineering standards, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, API integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Supervises cross-functional engineering teams, coordinates vendors, chairs the Change Advisory Board, manages technical risks and budgets, and advises executives on technology investments. The role develops roadmaps, reference architectures, governance documentation, and operational standards across regional divisions, with occasional travel to offices, vendor sites, and industrial facilities.

Architects, deploys, and maintains secure LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and industrial IT/OT network infrastructure across corporate and remote manufacturing sites. Configures routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, monitoring, segmentation, and cellular failover; isolates PLC and SCADA systems; manages maintenance, documentation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure upgrades. Collaborates with cybersecurity, applications, and operations teams to support ERP, dispatch, and automation systems. Requires travel to rural industrial facilities, including installation and site assessment work.

Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise integrations connecting operational dispatch systems with cloud ERP platforms. Builds API-led middleware flows, event-driven pipelines, data transformations, automated tests, CI/CD processes, and reliability controls such as retries and dead-letter queues. Monitors interface health, resolves mapping and transaction failures, documents data contracts and runbooks, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to improve enterprise data movement.
