Develop and implement person-centered plans, supervise and train staff, ensure regulatory compliance, document progress and incidents, coordinate community integration and vocational activities, transport clients as needed, and perform hands-on client support.

Provide person-centered case management and supervise facility- and community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Develop and update individualized service plans, monitor goals and behaviors, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with families and providers, train and mentor staff, assist with transportation and client activities, and perform occasional hands-on client support duties.
