Assists the Project Manager in supervising commissary and janitorial operations, including scheduling, inventory, quality assurance, safety compliance, worker training, performance management, contract paperwork, and customer satisfaction. Supports employees and clients with disabilities by providing job coaching and skills development. Oversees site personnel, subcontractors, budgets, supplies, and contract requirements while maintaining company standards and regulatory compliance.

Provides administrative and executive support to the EVP of Programs, including preparing documents, managing records, coordinating CARF accreditation, tracking projects and compliance requirements, maintaining databases, analyzing operational data, and preparing leadership reports. Supports program operations, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and organizational initiatives. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, administrative experience, a valid driver’s license, and successful completion of background and registry checks.

Manages community day services for individuals with disabilities, providing case management, person-centered planning, vocational and community integration support, documentation, regulatory compliance, and progress monitoring. Supervises staff, coordinates with families and service providers, supports client activities and transportation, and assists with hiring, training, performance evaluation, and program operations.

Oversee multi-site service operations, large government and commercial contracts, budgets, staffing, quality control, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Lead project and site managers delivering janitorial, grounds, food service, shelf stocking, and warehouse services. Develop forecasts, bids, pricing, and contract negotiations; monitor operational metrics and continuous improvement; ensure contract and AbilityOne compliance; and coach teams supporting employees with disabilities.

Manages community day services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Develops and updates person-centered service plans, monitors progress, maintains regulatory documentation, coordinates vocational and community integration activities, and supports client advocacy. Supervises and trains staff, coordinates transportation and services, assists with hiring and performance evaluation, and may provide direct client support, including transportation and daily program activities.

Supervises commissary stocking and janitorial crews, including employees and individuals with disabilities. Provides training, coaching, performance feedback, scheduling, and assessments while ensuring contract compliance, safety, OSHA procedures, PPE use, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Conducts inspections, maintains supplies and work areas, addresses deficiencies and complaints, completes reports, and supports the Project Manager and government inspections.

Supervises commissary employees and clients performing shelf stocking and janitorial duties. Provides training, coaching, performance feedback, scheduling, and assessments while enforcing safety, OSHA, PPE, and company procedures. Conducts quality inspections, supports government inspections, resolves deficiencies and customer complaints, maintains supplies and equipment areas, and communicates contract updates to workers and the Project Manager. Helps employees with disabilities develop workplace and job skills while ensuring contract requirements and customer satisfaction are met.

Provide person-centered case management and supervise facility- and community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Develop and update individualized service plans, monitor goals and behaviors, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with families and providers, train and mentor staff, assist with transportation and client activities, and perform occasional hands-on client support duties.
