Supervises commissary employees and clients performing shelf stocking and janitorial duties. Provides training, coaching, performance feedback, scheduling, and assessments while enforcing safety, OSHA, PPE, and company procedures. Conducts quality inspections, supports government inspections, resolves deficiencies and customer complaints, maintains supplies and equipment areas, and communicates contract updates to workers and the Project Manager. Helps employees with disabilities develop workplace and job skills while ensuring contract requirements and customer satisfaction are met.

Manages community day services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Develops and updates person-centered plans, monitors client progress, maintains regulatory documentation, coordinates with families and service providers, and supports vocational, social, and community-integration activities. Supervises staff, assists with hiring and training, ensures client transportation and safety, and provides case management, advocacy, and direct support as needed.

Manages organization-wide safety programs, policies, inspections, audits, training, incident investigations, regulatory reporting, OSHA compliance, and workers’ compensation. Oversees safety records, corrective actions, risk prevention, safety committees, and return-to-work coordination while advising managers and promoting a strong safety culture across multiple sites.
