Lead nursing operations for a correctional medical unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, policy development, training, and quality improvement. Serve as clinical advisor to leadership, manage staffing and performance, and implement standards and protocols to align nursing services with institutional goals.

Provide administrative support and medical office coordination for a healthcare unit in a correctional facility: manage correspondence, prepare reports and payroll documentation, schedule meetings and contracted physician hours, maintain records and confidentiality, transcribe minutes, coordinate communication between staff and correctional personnel, and comply with facility, HIPAA, and PREA policies.
