Lead accounting functions including month-end close, journal entry review, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, financial reporting, cash collections/accounts payable oversight, and partner with operations and the CFO to analyze financial performance and improve processes.

Provides specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis for acute or chronic kidney failure. Responsibilities include patient assessment, hemodialysis initiation and monitoring, equipment operation, medication administration, emergency response, documentation, patient education, infection control, regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary care coordination, and quality improvement.

Provides psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, crisis intervention, and forensic evaluations for patients in a correctional healthcare setting. Collaborates with multidisciplinary clinical and correctional teams, supervises staff, oversees treatment programs and quality improvement processes, participates in treatment meetings, and supports facility coverage and compliance requirements. The role requires New Jersey psychiatric licensure and includes remote work with at least two onsite days.
