Lead correctional healthcare compliance and continuous quality improvement activities. Design and implement audits, policies, corrective action plans, and staff education. Serve as liaison for external audits, support site management on CQI, and provide on-site coverage as needed to maintain accreditation and contract standards.

Lead accounting functions including month-end close, journal entry review, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, financial reporting, cash collections/accounts payable oversight, and partner with operations and the CFO to analyze financial performance and improve processes.

Provides medical and administrative support to the nursing team: assists physicians and nursing staff, helps with diagnostic tests and clinical procedures, performs EKGs, obtains patient histories and vital signs, collects non-invasive specimens, and completes other assigned duties.
