Design and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily Power BI), gather and model data from SIEM, ticketing, CRM and finance systems, perform root-cause and trend analysis, automate reports and pipelines, present insights to stakeholders, support ad-hoc analysis, and ensure data quality and documentation to drive data-informed decisions across MDR, advisory, and incident response offerings.

Supports the Global VP of Sales, Managing Director, and senior leadership team by managing calendars, travel, meetings, presentations, communications, confidential information, and action tracking. Oversees Austin office operations, partners with HR and IT on employee initiatives, supports strategic projects, and improves administrative processes and efficiency.

Identify and develop new business, manage the full B2B sales cycle, build executive relationships, and grow existing cybersecurity service accounts. The role includes prospecting, consultative selling, proposals, negotiations, forecasting, account planning, and coordinating technical teams to deliver strong customer outcomes. Responsibilities also include industry networking, partnership development, CRM management, and collaboration with marketing and service delivery teams.
