Teams at CFC

Coordinate end-to-end new hire onboarding from offer to integration, managing offers, pre-boarding, background and right-to-work checks, IT setup, onboarding trackers and documentation. Act as liaison between Recruitment, HR Operations, IT and hiring managers, deliver excellent joiner experience, maintain compliance and audit-ready records, provide onboarding reporting and support process improvements and automation projects.

Work with ML and AI engineers to design and run experiments, evaluate and refine LLM-powered agent workflows, perform feature engineering and statistical analysis, prototype ML pipeline features, investigate production failure modes, and document reproducible findings that drive improvements in underwriting systems.

Partner with senior leadership to drive performance and strategic decision-making. Own FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning), develop insightful commercial reporting, challenge stakeholders constructively, and lead improvements in finance processes and tools to support growth.
