Leads commercial bakery product development from concepts and lab prototypes through pilot trials, scale-up, commercialization, and post-launch review. Develops formulas, recipes, processing requirements, specifications, and cooking instructions; conducts shelf-life, sensory, performance, and quality testing. Collaborates with sales, marketing, QA, production, regulatory, suppliers, and customers. Sources ingredients, supports continuous improvement, monitors market trends, prepares samples and presentations, and manages technical documentation and product launches.

Supervise daily AP and AR operations, maintain accounting documentation, support month-end close and reconciliations, post journal entries, handle payroll/fixed assets/inventory accounting, assist audits, provide team training and cross-functional accounting support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Manage day-to-day office operations, handle communications, maintain supplies and vendor relationships, coordinate meetings, events and travel, prepare documents and presentations, and provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workplace functioning.
