Lead day-to-day QA activities on the production floor, supervise QA Technicians, perform testing/calibration, maintain records and lab equipment, support allergen/gluten-free programs, conduct audits and investigations, manage CAPAs, participate in internal/external audits, and assist food safety and quality projects to ensure SQF, regulatory, company, and customer requirements are met.

Provide HR and Health & Safety leadership for manufacturing operations: manage employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, performance management, HR administration, incident investigations, safety compliance (OHSA, WSIB), JHSC representation, training coordination, return-to-work, and continuous improvement to support a safe, compliant, and engaged workforce.

The Office Administrator ensures smooth daily office operations, manages administrative tasks, supports leadership, and coordinates meetings, travel, and vendor relations.
