Partners with laboratory, clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to validate workflows, integrations, and analyzer interfaces. Ensures requirements align with business goals, translates technical concepts for business stakeholders, and delivers projects on time and within budget.

Build and deploy governed data warehouse, BI, and data products supporting healthcare business workflows. Responsibilities include data acquisition, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, modeling, lineage, documentation, ETL/ELT, scalable pipelines, curated datasets, data quality, governance, and integration of multiple source systems. The role collaborates with product, application development, BI, security, architecture, and business teams to support dashboards, automation, AI-enabled workflows, agentic products, and decision support.

Supports implementation, configuration, and 24x7 operational support for MEDITECH Expanse Identity and Access Management. Analyzes requirements, authors MEDITECH PWR requests, designs and implements solutions, resolves issues, maintains production applications, collaborates with business owners and vendors, and provides technical guidance and training. Requires shift flexibility for go-live schedules, including nights and weekends, plus on-call responsibilities.

Provide at-the-elbow go-live support for MEDITECH Expanse implementations across HCA facilities. Assist clinicians with medication workflows, troubleshoot EHR issues, triage and escalate problems, document resolutions, train end users, and support adoption and stabilization during high-volume activation periods while traveling extensively.

Provide Tier 2 Epic clinical application support, configuration, testing, training, and documentation for Epic MyChart and EpicCare Link; participate in upgrades, implementations, and optimization across facilities while promoting standardization and security.

Support and optimize the MEDITECH Expanse Pharmacy module: configure workflows, build order sets, map NDCs to drug IDs, troubleshoot, create documentation, train stakeholders, advise clinicians and IT, and drive process improvement across pharmacy operations.

Serve as a senior IT product analyst for MEDITECH Expanse, guiding multi-facility implementations, standardizing workflows, supporting optimization and incident resolution, mentoring junior analysts, performing data-driven analysis, and promoting enterprise governance and security to improve clinical application performance and end-user experience.

Support and optimize the iMobile platform and Mobile Heartbeat app; coordinate project plans, facilitate meetings, create documentation, develop communication/education plans, work with cross-functional teams, lead small projects, and maintain product knowledgebase in a hospital environment.

Research product and competitor capabilities, support equipment/system design, and develop production Java software. Collaborate with analysts, architects, and sales as technical liaison. Provide client-facing IT support for healthcare clients focused on Revenue Cycle. Document and resolve inquiries via phone/email, perform root-cause analysis, escalate as needed, contribute knowledge-base, support SLAs, and provide after-hours/on-call and onsite support as required.
