Supports implementation, configuration, and 24x7 operational support for MEDITECH Expanse Identity and Access Management. Analyzes requirements, authors MEDITECH PWR requests, designs and implements solutions, resolves issues, maintains production applications, collaborates with business owners and vendors, and provides technical guidance and training. Requires shift flexibility for go-live schedules, including nights and weekends, plus on-call responsibilities.

Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams by translating requirements into technical solutions. Analyzes systems and processes, troubleshoots issues, performs root cause analysis, documents requirements and workflows, supports testing and deployment, monitors system performance, assists with integrations, and provides user support and training. The role also ensures solutions comply with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.
