Supports clinical foodservice technology implementations by programming applications, developing product requirements, troubleshooting issues, managing support processes, analyzing product data, coordinating hardware installations, training users, and collaborating with facility staff. The role serves as a clinical nutrition and technology subject matter expert while contributing to projects, stakeholder communications, sourcing, and application improvements.

Leads enterprise technology innovation initiatives from discovery through delivery, including opportunity framing, concept validation, prototyping, pilots, and transition to scalable solutions. Owns delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and success measures. Coordinates architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, data, product, operations, clinical, business, and vendor partners to ensure solutions are feasible, secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise priorities.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and supports complex enterprise WAN/LAN networks across a national Fortune 100 environment. Responsibilities include routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, network security, troubleshooting, capacity planning, upgrades, testing, documentation, vendor coordination, and technical project leadership. The role also requires consulting, problem management, change management, ITIL knowledge, and minimal travel for network analysis, upgrades, and customer consultations.
