Leads CEPRES’s global data operations and governance organization, overseeing investment data collection, processing, validation, quality, delivery, and compliance. Establishes KPIs, SLAs, scalable workflows, governance policies, access controls, lineage tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and executive teams to translate client needs into operational and data delivery solutions. Drives automation and LLM/GenAI adoption while developing organizational capacity, workforce plans, and high-performing analyst and operations teams.

Drive pipeline growth for DealForge by outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Conduct personalized email outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn engagement to book demos with senior investment professionals at GPs. Target firms with $500M+ AUM, maintain CRM, and achieve 15+ qualified demos monthly while supporting an Account Executive and contributing to sales strategy.

Analyze and validate private markets investment data (PE, debt, real estate, infrastructure); compute performance metrics; build data models, reports, and Power BI dashboards; query large datasets with SQL; manage client onboarding, data requirements, and escalations; explore AI/automation for data workflows and mentor junior staff (Senior).

Provide first- and second-line support for CEPRES platform: triage tickets, manage user access and CRM/platform administration, troubleshoot issues, coordinate across Product/Data/Engineering, support onboarding, maintain documentation and improve service processes to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Develop scalable data science, ML, and AI solutions for large private markets datasets. Build data pipelines, automation, and quality frameworks. Apply LLMs and analytics to improve data quality and operational efficiency, collaborate with product and engineering, and (for senior hires) lead initiatives and mentor juniors.
