Owns and documents the quantitative calculation library powering the CEPRES investment platform. Responsibilities include auditing existing calculations, defining and prototyping new mathematical models, translating client and business requirements for engineering, and explaining quantitative concepts to stakeholders. The role may contribute to forecasting initiatives and eventually lead a development team delivering bespoke calculation implementations.

Leads CEPRES’s global data operations and governance organization, overseeing investment data collection, processing, validation, quality, delivery, and compliance. Establishes KPIs, SLAs, scalable workflows, governance policies, access controls, lineage tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and executive teams to translate client needs into operational and data delivery solutions. Drives automation and LLM/GenAI adoption while developing organizational capacity, workforce plans, and high-performing analyst and operations teams.

Coordinates private equity client data workflows, including ETL, SQL-based extraction and reconciliation, portfolio monitoring, reporting, presentations, and process optimization. The role manages project schedules and deliverables across global teams, supports customer success and project managers, maintains client communications, and leads business intelligence initiatives. It requires financial data analysis, private equity or investment banking knowledge, advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, strong communication, and cross-cultural collaboration.
