The Dock Coordinator ensures the accuracy of outbound orders, manages shipments, operates material handling equipment, and supports dock operations.

Performs daily deliveries and pickups on assigned routes, following DOT/HOS and company procedures. Loads/unloads equipment, conducts linen counts, secures cargo, obtains delivery signatures, prepares vehicle for shifts, reports issues, and may cover supplemental routes as needed.

Perform scheduled deliveries and pickups on a dedicated route, loading/unloading equipment, operating lift gates, securing cargo, completing delivery documentation and signatures, following DOT/HOS and company procedures, reporting issues, and preparing vehicle for next shift.

Drive new business and manage client relationships for hospitality customers in Western NY. Prospect, qualify, and close sales for linen, uniforms, cleaning and restroom services. Maintain accounts, upsell/cross-sell, develop strategic account plans, report pipeline and revenue forecasts, and collaborate with marketing/product teams. Monitor market trends and competitors.

Drive revenue by prospecting, closing new business, and managing client accounts. Develop account plans, perform needs analyses, report on pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and represent the company at industry events to generate leads and grow accounts.

Perform deliveries and pickups on assigned routes, following company and DOT/HOS procedures. Load/unload and secure carts and equipment, operate lift gates, verify deliveries with customer signatures, maintain and prepare truck, report issues, and occasionally cover absent drivers.
