The Dock Coordinator ensures the accuracy of outbound orders, manages shipments, operates material handling equipment, and supports dock operations.

Performs dedicated-route deliveries and pickups from customer locations, including loading and unloading carts, operating lift gates, verifying delivery receipts, obtaining signatures, counting linens, maintaining vehicle and cargo security, and preparing trucks for the next shift. The role requires compliance with DOT and HOS regulations, customer communication, vehicle issue reporting, flexible scheduling, and occasional supplemental delivery coverage.

Performs daily deliveries and pickups on assigned routes, following DOT/HOS and company procedures. Loads/unloads equipment, conducts linen counts, secures cargo, obtains delivery signatures, prepares vehicle for shifts, reports issues, and may cover supplemental routes as needed.
