The Dock Coordinator ensures the accuracy of outbound orders, manages shipments, operates material handling equipment, and supports dock operations.

Perform deliveries and pickups on assigned routes, following company and DOT/HOS procedures. Load/unload and secure carts and equipment, operate lift gates, verify deliveries with customer signatures, maintain and prepare truck, report issues, and occasionally cover absent drivers.

The Customer Relationship Manager ensures exceptional service for healthcare accounts, resolves issues, and optimizes linen management while maintaining strong client partnerships.
