Prepares carts and orders for shipment, verifies packing orders, weighs carts, enters weight data into a computer, operates forklifts and pallet movers, and manually loads carts onto delivery trucks. The role involves pushing and pulling heavy carts, working collaboratively in a plant environment, following safety procedures, and supporting varying production needs, including rotating shifts, weekends, and long hours.

Drive new business and revenue growth by prospecting non-acute care customers, managing client relationships, executing the full sales cycle, and meeting sales targets. Develop account plans, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, report pipeline activity and forecasts, conduct market research, and communicate client feedback to internal teams. The role involves selling linen, uniform, healthcare, cleaning, and restroom service solutions across New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

Perform deliveries and pickups on assigned routes, following company and DOT/HOS procedures. Load/unload and secure carts and equipment, operate lift gates, verify deliveries with customer signatures, maintain and prepare truck, report issues, and occasionally cover absent drivers.
