Performs scheduled deliveries and pickups from customer locations using company vehicles. Responsibilities include loading and unloading carts, maintaining cargo security, verifying delivery receipts, obtaining signatures, conducting linen counts, preparing vehicles, reporting customer or vehicle issues, and complying with DOT, HOS, safety, and company procedures. Requires a Class D license, clean driving record, DOT screening, physical ability to move carts, flexible scheduling, and routine travel within the service area.

Prepares carts and orders for shipment, verifies packing orders, weighs carts, enters weight data into a computer, operates forklifts and pallet movers, and manually loads carts onto delivery trucks. The role involves pushing and pulling heavy carts, working collaboratively in a plant environment, following safety procedures, and supporting varying production needs, including rotating shifts, weekends, and long hours.

Drive new business and revenue growth by prospecting non-acute care customers, managing client relationships, executing the full sales cycle, and meeting sales targets. Develop account plans, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, report pipeline activity and forecasts, conduct market research, and communicate client feedback to internal teams. The role involves selling linen, uniform, healthcare, cleaning, and restroom service solutions across New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
