Manage assigned customer accounts for fire protection inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services. Build post-sales relationships, coordinate inspection dispatches, monitor schedules, prepare repair proposals, create work orders, communicate timelines, resolve billing and service inquiries, and identify additional service opportunities. Collaborate with service, operations, and billing teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.

Manage construction and technical-services projects from planning through completion. Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and documentation; coordinate operations, engineering, procurement, service teams, clients, and leadership; track progress, risks, milestones, and financial performance; resolve issues; manage contracts, change orders, and scope changes; and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. The role includes office and field work and participation in an on-call escalation rotation.

Provide administrative and clerical support to Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler teams. Handle documentation, scheduling, customer communication, proposals, inspection reports, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination. Maintain project files and digital records, support NFPA/AHJ inspection compliance, and perform general office duties like answering phones and greeting visitors.

Manage post-sales customer relationships for fire protection inspection, testing, and maintenance services. Coordinate inspection dispatches, prepare repair proposals and work orders, follow up on inspections, resolve billing and account issues, and collaborate with operations and billing teams to ensure timely, accurate service and identify upsell opportunities.

Manage division financials, resource planning, and operational efficiency. Analyze P&L and WIP, adjust staffing, review bids, monitor backlog and bid volume, approve design schedules, and lead weekly operations meetings to align sales and execution.

Answer and route incoming calls, provide basic information to callers, retrieve and forward voicemail messages, operate standard office equipment, sort/distribute mail, and perform general administrative support for one or multiple divisions.

Lead advanced accounting functions including complex journal entries, intercompany and multi-entity reconciliations, month/quarter/year-end close, financial statement preparation and variance analysis, audit support, GAAP compliance, mentoring junior staff, and participating in ERP/process improvements, budgeting and forecasting.

Oversee division financial and operational performance: analyze P&L and WIP, manage manpower and design schedules, review bids, monitor backlog and sales pipeline, and lead weekly operations meetings to align sales and field teams.

Generate new customers and cross-sell existing clients for fire protection inspections (extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, exit/emergency lighting, suppression). Conduct cold/warm outreach, site surveys, prepare proposals/contracts, maintain pipeline and client relationships, and report sales plans to management.

Provide support to account management and sales teams while learning client relationship management, project coordination, CRM recordkeeping, quoting, and renewal/upsell processes. Assist with proposals, track customer requests, participate in client/internal meetings, and analyze customer data to identify opportunities.

Establish and manage post-sales customer relationships, create and dispatch service work orders, coordinate schedules with partners, track customer approvals and system notes, assist invoicing and manage customer email inbox, and provide administrative support to Program Managers with weekly reporting and record keeping.
