Supports Account Managers by developing post-sales customer relationships, following up on inspections and additional service needs, responding to phone and email requests, assisting with work orders, directing calls, and completing administrative tasks. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and one to two years of related experience or training, with Microsoft Office proficiency; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is preferred.

Inspects, repairs, tests, cleans, and recharges fire extinguishers in a repair shop. Duties include dismantling equipment, examining components for defects, replacing damaged parts, recharging units with approved materials, and testing equipment against legal specifications. The role requires frequent standing, manual dexterity, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working around moving mechanical parts and loud noise.

Manage assigned customer accounts for fire protection inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services. Build post-sales relationships, coordinate inspection dispatches, monitor schedules, prepare repair proposals, create work orders, communicate timelines, resolve billing and service inquiries, and identify additional service opportunities. Collaborate with service, operations, and billing teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.
