Generates new customers and expands existing accounts by selling fire protection inspection services, including fire extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting, and suppression systems. Responsibilities include prospecting, scheduling sales calls, conducting site surveys, preparing proposals and contracts, managing customer relationships, addressing concerns, supporting upselling and cross-selling, maintaining a sales pipeline, and reporting business plans to management.

Provide administrative and clerical support to Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler teams. Handle documentation, scheduling, customer communication, proposals, inspection reports, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination. Maintain project files and digital records, support NFPA/AHJ inspection compliance, and perform general office duties like answering phones and greeting visitors.

Manage post-sales customer relationships for fire protection inspection, testing, and maintenance services. Coordinate inspection dispatches, prepare repair proposals and work orders, follow up on inspections, resolve billing and account issues, and collaborate with operations and billing teams to ensure timely, accurate service and identify upsell opportunities.
