Serve as first contact for inbound leads: build rapport, gather financial details, qualify prospects, prepare financial analyses and hand-off summaries for senior sales reps, ensure compliant documentation, and support management-assigned tasks to help clients resolve debt.

Represents clients at assigned Florida court hearings, conferences, and proceedings, remotely when permitted and in person when required. Reviews case materials, prepares for appearances, advocates within authorized parameters, communicates with litigation and scheduling teams, documents rulings and deadlines, and coordinates continuance requests when necessary. The role requires an active Florida law license, litigation experience, courtroom advocacy skills, professionalism, organization, and travel throughout Florida.
