Engage stakeholders, conduct user research, and continuously improve processes to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that help laundromat and garment care operators run their businesses.

Hands-on technical principal engineer responsible for architecture and hardest cross-cutting engineering-quality work (test automation, mutation/E2E testing, CI/CD, QA agents, and public API). Mentor senior engineers, set cross-team technical direction, identify systemic risk, and partner with SVP of Engineering on platform strategy and responsible AI usage.

As VP of Marketing, you will enhance Cents' growth by institutionalizing successful strategies, defining brand narratives, and leading a high-performing team, while ensuring consistent messaging across customer journeys.
