Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; manages accounting operations and a small team; prepares financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries; maintains GAAP compliance and internal controls; partners with FP&A; supports audits and tax filings; oversees AP, AR, and payroll accounting; and improves scalable accounting workflows, including SaaS revenue recognition.

Owns full-cycle recruiting across the company while building Cents’ hiring infrastructure from the ground up. Responsibilities include designing interview processes, managing ATS and recruiting tools, sourcing candidates, coaching hiring managers, improving candidate experience, tracking funnel metrics, partnering on workforce planning and compensation, and leading senior and leadership searches. The role also develops AI-powered recruiting workflows and influences executives through data-driven recommendations.

Leads the end-to-end support organization across software, hardware, installation, and distributor functions. Manages four support managers and distributed teams; establishes strategy, staffing, budgets, tooling, coverage, and performance metrics. Builds distributor support, improves hardware and installation execution, develops scalable capacity models, drives self-service and AI-assisted support, and serves as the customer advocate across Product and Engineering.
