The role builds relationships across government, regulators, local authorities, and industry bodies while translating policy developments into business insights and supporting the company’s reputation and external communications strategy.

Provides pragmatic employment law advice across UK and Ireland, including grievances, disputes, employment terms, pay, benefits, restructurings, redundancies, outsourcing, TUPE, trade union matters, and strategic transactions. Manages external counsel, supports HR and business stakeholders, prepares teams for legislative changes, delivers training, explores AI tools, and deputises for the Head of Legal, Employment when required.

Manage Centrica’s Group Functions technology portfolio of approximately 40 projects. Develop transformation roadmaps, prioritize demands, oversee multi-million-pound budgets, manage project managers, provide delivery assurance, ensure governance compliance, and report portfolio progress. Partner with executive stakeholders across HR, Procurement, and other corporate functions to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives and maximize return on investment.

Analyze debt, collections, recovery, and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Develop reporting suites, dashboards, KPI frameworks, management information, and performance forecasts. Support debt strategy development, business cases, initiative implementation, benefits realization, and process optimization. Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations while monitoring governance, controls, customer outcomes, and commercial performance.

Provides senior 2nd-line end-user computing support for traders, analysts, and corporate users. Partner with traders, quants, analysts, and operations to deliver reliable, observable software. Responsibilities include external market integrations, CI/CD, automated testing, performance tuning, secure coding, and mentoring. The role requires extensive .NET expertise, distributed systems knowledge, trading and post-trade experience, energy-market domain expertise, and cloud engineering proficiency.

Develop, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across AWS, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365. Build CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments and operational processes, and use Kubernetes and AWS services to deliver cloud-native solutions.
