12-month fixed-term placement to develop and own a Business Unit Strategic Plan. Coordinate cross-functional inputs, track delivery, report progress to senior leaders, manage stakeholders, identify risks and dependencies, and adapt plans. Use planning tools, Excel/PowerPoint, Power BI and AI to turn strategy into actionable milestones and optimise ways of working.

Provide second-line actuarial support for Home Care insurance: review technical provisions, assess assumptions, oversee underwriting and reinsurance, contribute to risk management and ORSA, perform stress testing and scenario analysis, and support PRA/regulatory compliance and governance.
