Leads the launch, operational readiness, governance, performance, financial oversight, and ongoing management of insurance partnerships. Ensures contractual, customer, commercial, operational, and FCA regulatory requirements are embedded across systems and processes. Oversees partnership KPIs, payment validation, risk mitigation, book sustainability, partner assurance, and issue escalation. Manages and develops the insurance partnership team while coordinating with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and external partners.

Design, develop, and enhance backend services, APIs, and WPF desktop applications using .NET and C#. Build scalable cloud-native solutions with AWS, Kubernetes, messaging systems, and modern databases. Lead architectural decisions, integrate distributed systems, promote secure and maintainable engineering practices, review code, improve testing, and mentor engineers while supporting renewable energy trading platforms.

Lead design and development of backend services, desktop apps (WPF) and APIs using .NET C#. Drive architecture, scalable distributed systems, cloud-native solutions on AWS/Kubernetes, event-driven integrations (RabbitMQ/Kafka), observability (Datadog), and CI/CD. Mentor engineers, collaborate with traders and stakeholders, and contribute to the technical roadmap in a fast-paced, data-driven trading environment.
