Lead and develop a team of learning facilitators delivering high-quality training across L&D. Responsibilities include coaching facilitators, managing quality and performance, influencing stakeholders, using learning data to improve outcomes, meeting regulatory and accessibility standards, supporting change, and embedding digital and AI-enabled learning approaches. The placement is a 12-month opportunity for military service leavers or eligible elite athletes, with frequent travel between Leicester, Glasgow, and other L&D sites.

Manage and support multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns across British Gas, Hive, and other Centrica retail brands. Coordinate with creative, media, brand, business teams, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and against objectives. Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to optimize activity, strengthen brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive commercial growth.

Leads pressure systems integrity and technical assurance for onshore and offshore assets. Responsibilities include risk-based inspection strategies, PSSR examination schemes, remnant life assessments, integrity databases, audit programs, incident investigations, management of change, and compliance with API, ASME, and relevant safety regulations. The role acts as an Independent Competent Person, supports asset integrity risk management, and may suspend unsafe pressure equipment use.
