Field-based sales role visiting pre-qualified customer appointments to provide quotes for boilers, central heating, solar panels and air source heat pumps. Meet sales targets, earn commission, use a company vehicle or car allowance, work a flexible rota (7am-9pm Mon–Sat), complete seven weeks paid residential training, and represent British Gas in customers' homes to drive energy-efficiency upgrades.

Lead and deliver reward programmes and projects for Centrica Energy Trading, including benchmarking, incentive design, pay reviews and policy changes. Partner with stakeholders, define scope, secure resources, implement initiatives end-to-end, ensure governance and compliance, and act as escalation point for complex reward queries.
