Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care: take histories, update charts, order and review tests, design treatment plans, counsel patients on health and prevention, and coordinate with care teams. Serve historically underserved populations with trauma-informed, culturally competent, nonjudgmental care.

Provide trauma-informed, patient-centered psychiatric care within an LGBTQ+ health center. Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, prescribe and monitor medications, create safety and treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, document in EMR, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in care meetings, and support staff training and education.

Provide patient-centered case management for a diverse LGBTQ+ population: connect clients to insurance, housing, rehab, and community resources; coordinate intakes; document encounters in the EMR; manage caseloads; respond to secure messages and emails; collaborate with clinic staff; apply de-escalation and culturally competent care.

Manage daily operations of an LGBTIA+ clinic, supervise clinical and administrative staff, handle scheduling, charts, labs, STI management, hiring, training MA/CPR classes, and perform RN duties (rooming, vitals, phlebotomy, injections, wound care). Ensure HIPAA compliance, LGBTQIA+ cultural competency, patient communications, outreach support, and supply/budget oversight.

Provide primary medical care including taking histories, ordering and reviewing tests, updating charts, designing treatment plans, and patient education. Deliver trauma-informed, culturally competent care (including LGBTQIA and substance-use populations), collaborate in team-based care, use EMR and office technology, and maintain HIPAA compliance and required clearances.
