Provide patient-centered case management at an LGBTQ+ health center: connect clients to benefits, housing, rehab, and employment resources; document encounters; manage caseload; coordinate intakes; communicate with clinic staff and patients; use de-escalation and culturally competent practices.

Greet and register patients, verify demographics and insurance, manage waiting area, answer calls and schedule, prepare and maintain patient charts, handle correspondence and supplies, assist clinical staff with administrative tasks, and ensure HIPAA-compliant, culturally competent patient interactions.

Prepare and aliquot incoming samples for reference testing, perform Quest order entry, stock supplies, clean work areas, troubleshoot and escalate provider/MA questions, identify errors, and act as backup for client services and the lab manager handling incoming calls.

Provide trauma-informed, patient-centered psychiatric care within an LGBTQ+ health center. Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, prescribe and monitor medications, create safety and treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, document in EMR, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in care meetings, and support staff training and education.

Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care: take histories, update charts, order and review tests, design treatment plans, counsel patients on health and prevention, and coordinate with care teams. Serve historically underserved populations with trauma-informed, culturally competent, nonjudgmental care.

Provide primary medical care including taking histories, ordering and reviewing tests, updating charts, designing treatment plans, and patient education.
