Provide direct patient care: take histories, update charts, order and review tests, design treatment plans, counsel on health topics, and collaborate in team-based care focused on underserved populations.

Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care: take histories, update charts, order and review tests, design treatment plans, counsel patients on health and prevention, and coordinate with care teams. Serve historically underserved populations with trauma-informed, culturally competent, nonjudgmental care.

Provide primary medical care including taking histories, ordering and reviewing tests, updating charts, designing treatment plans, and patient education. Deliver trauma-informed, culturally competent care (including LGBTQIA and substance-use populations), collaborate in team-based care, use EMR and office technology, and maintain HIPAA compliance and required clearances.
