The Central Missouri Foster Care & Adoption Association (CMFCAA) is a non-profit agency dedicated to educating, supporting, and advocating for foster, adoptive, and kinship children, youth, and families in Central Missouri. Founded in 2007, the organization provides direct support, services, and community partnerships to help foster and adoptive families develop healthy, self-sufficient lives, serving a 24-county region with a mission to ensure that loved children live better and fuller lives.
