Provide in-home one-on-one behavioral support and supervision for youth to preserve placements. Implement individualized behavioral plans, coach caregivers, document services, attend team meetings/court, and advocate for families.

Serve as an executive leader developing and executing comprehensive people strategy across talent acquisition, engagement, leadership development, performance management, compensation/benefits, HRIS administration, compliance, and culture to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce for a nonprofit agency.

Provide one-on-one support to youth who are or were in foster care to set and achieve goals for adulthood. Conduct assessments, create action plans, maintain timely documentation in SAM, meet regularly with clients, coordinate with caregivers and case managers, advocate for clients, attend meetings and trainings, and maintain strong supervisor communication.
