Lead development and execution of corporate partnership and giving strategies to secure financial and in-kind support. Identify, cultivate, and steward sponsors and donors, manage a pipeline, create sponsorship packages, track donor activity in CRM, support fundraising events, and collaborate with marketing and program teams to align partnerships with organizational priorities and fundraising goals.

Manage full grant lifecycle: research funding opportunities, prepare and submit competitive applications, track awards and expenditures, ensure compliance and reporting, collaborate across Programs, Finance, and QA, and cultivate funder relationships.
