Supports senior advisors with investment research, portfolio reviews, market analysis, financial planning, client onboarding, account maintenance, and relationship management. The role assists with investment strategies, portfolio monitoring, client communications, and business development while developing advisory skills through mentorship and professional training. The advisor will work toward obtaining required industry licenses and progressing into a full-service financial advisor role.

Provides personalized financial guidance to clients, assessing risks, clarifying complex situations, developing strategies, and making timely recommendations. The advisor manages multiple client conversations and priorities while taking ownership of outcomes. The role emphasizes autonomy, decisive action, relationship management, business development, and high-touch service, supported by sales execution, financial planning, marketing, and case-design teams.
