Maintain and validate client case management data, manage CMS menus, reconcile and profile case data, create dashboards and contract reports (Power BI), support cloud CMS transition, and analyze case trends to inform internal budgeting, forecasting, and external reporting. Provide administrative and data-support to program teams and work on special projects to improve data-driven storytelling.

Support Development team with fundraising tasks: plan CFR Annual Benefit (vendor research, logistics), draft donor solicitation emails, generate donor acknowledgements, assist with grant research/applications, maintain CRM GiftWorks data hygiene, and attend community events. Reports to Development Manager. Internship for academic credit, minimum ~8-10 hours/week, hybrid or remote.
