Serves as the facility’s first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors. Answers and transfers calls, operates intercom and office equipment, manages mail, performs computer-based administrative tasks, greets and directs visitors, and maintains confidentiality. Requires a high school diploma, minimum age of 18, reliable attendance, and successful completion of a background check.

Provide part-time business office support including accounts receivable/payable, billing, resident account management, insurance verification, preparing admission/financial packets, collections support, and document scanning/uploading.

Seeking a compassionate RN to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, coordinate with healthcare teams, and educate residents. On-the-job training provided.

The Physical Therapy Assistant provides rehabilitative care to patients, evaluates their mobility and progress, and administers treatment under supervision.

Provide direct nursing care to residents: assess patients, maintain charts and medical records, complete forms and reports, communicate with physicians/administration, participate in discharge planning and facility surveys, and use PPE appropriately.
