Performs occupational therapy evaluations, develops patient care plans, establishes short- and long-term goals, monitors patient movements, and applies proper body mechanics. Requires an active occupational therapy license and CPR/BLS certification.

Serves as the facility’s first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors. Answers and transfers calls, operates intercom and office equipment, manages mail, performs computer-based administrative tasks, greets and directs visitors, and maintains confidentiality. Requires a high school diploma, minimum age of 18, reliable attendance, and successful completion of a background check.

Seeking a compassionate RN to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, coordinate with healthcare teams, and educate residents. On-the-job training provided.
