- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations.
- Patience, tact, and a positive attitude, especially with elderly and diverse populations.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Physical Demands & Environment:
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Cope with mental and emotional stress of the position.
- May work beyond normal hours, including call-back during emergencies.
- Exposure to infectious waste, diseases, and hazardous chemicals is possible (standard for healthcare).
